The AUHSD Board of Trustees consists of five elected officials which are responsible for setting the direction for the District through a process that involves the community, parents/guardians, students, and staff and is focused on student learning and achievement.
Meeting dates are generally the third Tuesday of the month with an extra meeting in June for the budget review and no meeting in July.

GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING BOARD MEETINGS:
The Board encourages people to attend meetings of the Anderson Union High School District Board of Trustees and express themselves. Persons desiring to address the Board are asked to stand and be recognized by the Chairperson. Individual speakers shall be allowed three (3) minutes to address the Board on each agenda or non-agenda item. The Board shall limit the total time for public input on each topic to twenty (20) minutes. The Board President may rule on the appropriateness of a topic and if the topic may more suitably be addressed at a later time. A school district governing board cannot legally take action on a matter at one of its regular meetings if that matter has not been placed on the official agenda. (AUHSD BB 9323)
The board adopted minutes are the official record of AUHSD Board meetings. Auxiliary aids and services include a wide range of services and devices that promote effective communication for individuals with disabilities. If you require such assistance, please notify the Superintendent's office as soon as possible. We will make every effort to give primary consideration to expressed preferences, or provide equally effective means of communication to ensure equal access to District programs and events.
