Team Lockett
 Josh and Tara Schwerdt bleed green and blue (and sometimes cardinal and gold, depending on the day). With Tara working as a guidance counselor since 2015, and Josh teaching and coaching since 2006, this duo is greatly involved in the West Valley High School family and is well known for their Seattle Seahawks obsession.
Josh, Tara and Atticus welcomed Baby Lockett into the world in October 2016. Though Lockett is all Tara and Josh could have asked for, he is fighting some serious health issues.
The Schwerdt family has had an outpour of support from family, co-workers and friends, but recently had someone unexpected send an encouraging video to share the love for Baby Lockett.
Tyler Lockett (imaged), Seattle Seahawks wide receiver, heard about Baby Lockett's story while getting "roasted" at a comedy club where an extended family member of Tara's is employed. Tara's cousin showed Tyler a video of Tara and Baby Lockett celebrating Tyler score a touchdown and couldn't help but send Baby Lockett some words of encouragment.
Baby Lockett is home and under great care as he turns 3 months old. The staff at AUHSD has the Schwerdt family in their thoughts and is eager to meet Lockett soon.
